BeAT – Professional Development and Training CenterA little over a year ago, we began our work on the BeaT project by asking ourselves what skills requirements in the automotive sector would change as a result of the transformation. To answer this question, we evaluated numerous sources, conducted interviews, and participated in events. After discussing our initial findings in a workshop, we are now presenting the first interim results of the project. In the white paper, we examine the requirements, associated obstacles, and initial solutions.
