Whitepaper: Overcoming fears and shaping the energy transition with vocational training

We presented our third white paper at our closing event on August 27. In this way, we want to reinforce our thesis that continuing education is a decisive factor in the future development of the economy and society. Change is frightening, and the energy transition is casting a long shadow over the German and Thuringian economies. Only with a well-trained and informed workforce can successful prospects be developed so that the energy transition can be seen as an opportunity.
